eating disorder recovery coaching

Leaving for college, like few other life experiences, brings up a variety of emotions; excitement and fear, hope and dread, longing and loneliness. A Recovery Coach is someone who can provide additional support and expertise to those struggling with an eating disorder through regular check-ins, texting support, and strategies for managing urges and triggering situations.
